These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent through the Ask Pennie messaging program, operated by Pennie Mgmt LLC ("By Pennie," "BP," "we," "us"), part of the Pennie platform. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. The program

The Ask Pennie text-message program connects you with your dedicated advisor to help you understand your financial offers. Messages may include account notifications, conversational support with your advisor, and marketing messages from Ask Pennie.

2. Message types

When you opt in, you may receive:

  • Account notifications related to your request and your dedicated advisor.
  • Marketing messages about Ask Pennie's guidance and services.
  • Conversational support replies and back-and-forth with your advisor.

3. Message frequency

  1. Message frequency may vary based on your conversation and account activity.
  2. Standard message and data rates may apply, as provided in your mobile carrier plan. Ask Pennie does not charge for messages.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and then no further texts. You can also opt out of any or all contact channels or request deletion of your information on our preferences page. Opt-outs are honored across the entire program, not just a single conversation.

5. Getting help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you'll receive a confirmation and we'll stop sending texts. For help, reply HELP, email us at info@ask.trypennie.com, or visit our Manage Preferences page. You can also opt out of other channels there.

6. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent data are never shared with or sold to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.

7. Carriers

The program is offered on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
